Michael Whitman (Chairman) has lived in Lyme since 1975 and worked for Hypertherm 1991–2008. Before joining the Second Growth board in 2006, he served three years as chairman of the Lyme School Board in the 1980s, and many as a founding board member and secretary of the Lyme Foundation. The father of three boys, Michael is also active in local and state suicide awareness and prevention work.
Peter Guillette (Vice chair) lives in Claremont with his wife Jacqui. He owns his own pharmaceutical supply company, and he was previously involved actively in town and school affairs in Hanover. He joined the Second Growth Board in 2011.
Matt Dungelman, (Teasurer) CPA, has served on the board since February 2009. A crucial member of the Budget & Finance Committee, Matt has vastly improved the areas of internal controls and financial reporting. After graduating from UNH with a B.S. in business administration May 2004, he worked for the NH state auditor's office for two years prior to joining Gallagher, Flynn & Co. in July of 2006 and moving to Enfield.
Ellen Clattenburg (Secretary) has lived in Vermont for the past 33 years where she and her husband Dick have raised four children. They now manage a small organic farm. Ellen is involved with town and historical society activities in Weathersfield. She and Dick co-facilitated a parenting workshop for Prevent Child Abuse Vermont for three years. Ellen now works as a special education teacher at Hanover High School.
Michael Woodard, a Lyme resident since 1973, has taught the 4th Grade in West Lebanon, served as a New Hampshire legislator, chaired the Lyme School Board, and cofounded and chaired of the Lyme Foundation. Currently serving on the Lyme Town Offices Committee, he runs Woodard Associates, a property management and commercial real estate brokerage. His two daughters and son graduated from the Lyme and Hanover schools. Michael joined the board in 2003 and served as chairman, 2006–2009.
Ron Eberhardt has worked in education since 1972. He has been a teacher, counselor and administrator. After his retirement as dean of students at Hanover High School, he earned an M.A.in Environmental Law and Policy in 2010. He currently divides his time between volunteer work and half-time counseling at the Chelsea School. Ron and his wife live in Plainfield, NH, where they enjoy being outdoors during all seasons.
Al Michalovic joined the Second Growth Board in January of 2012. He lives with his family in Lebanon where he is a real estate broker and contractor. He has been regularly involved with athletics at Lebanon High School and he has particular interest in the Coaching for Captains Program at Second Growth.
