Jim Damren

Jim Damren is a graduate of Lebanon High School and earned his BA degree in English at Plymouth State College. He is an insurance agent with Colby Insurance Group and has 30 years experience in the industry. Jim has a passion for athletics, with a primary focus on youth sports, particularly hockey, and served as a youth hockey coach for more than 30 years. He is a lifelong resident of the Upper Valley and resides in West Lebanon with his wife Lisa and three sons Ryan, Nate and Aaron. Jim joined the Second Growth Board in September of 2013.

Peter Guillette, Board Chair

Peter Guillette is owner of ProMed Sales and Consulting, a pharmaceutical sales and consulting company. He serves as a commissioner and Treasurer on the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission representing the Town of Grantham. Peter also serves the Town of Grantham on the Planning Board and Capital Improvement Committee and is an alternate on the Zoning Board. He previously served nine years on the School Board in Hanover, NH and served on the Planning Board in Claremont, NH. Peter lives in Grantham, NH with his wife Jacqui. He joined the Second Growth Board in 2011.

Alexandra Krebs

Alex Krebs is currently a graduate student pursuing a degree in clinical counseling, and lives in Grantham, NH with her husband and daughter. She has extensive experience in leadership roles in the alpine ski industry including the U.S. Ski Association and VT Alpine Racing Association, and served on the Board of the Eastern Amateur Sport Education Foundation. She was a member of the U.S. Alpine Ski Team where she competed internationally in events governed by the International Ski Federation (FIS). Alex joined the Second Growth Board of Directors in December 2025.

Nancy O’Brien, MBA

Nancy O’Brien is a Program Coordinator for The Dartmouth Institute where she participates in the systemized organizational protocol for collating the diverse needs of multi-million dollar grant submissions. Nancy’s numerous volunteer activities include Director at Quechee Ski and Sports School at Ski Quechee, organizer for Hartford Lightening Soccer, Hartford Recreatioin Department, Music2Life, and has supported Ottauquechee Elementary School in a number of ways. Nancy joined the Second Growth Board of Directors in January 2021.

David Titus, Board Treasurer

David Urso, MBA

David Urso is Chief Operations Officer at Kendal at Hanover, and serves as a member of Kendal’s Leadership Team, Strategic Planning Committee, and is the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In his role as COO, David oversees Health Services, Dining Services, Environmental Services, and Facilities departments. He is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Upper Valley. David joined the Second Growth Board of Directors in September 2017.

Erin Zeigler, 2026 Tuck Board Fellow

Erin Zeigler is an MBA Candidate at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Second Growth’s inaugural Tuck Board Fellow. Ms. Zeigler joined our board in August 2025 as part Tuck’s experiential learning opportunity that places second-year MBA students as non-voting members on local nonprofit boards to experience the intricacies of board governance and to share their expertise through strategic support. We are grateful to Ms. Zeigler for sharing her valuable skills and expertise with Second Growth during her fellowship.

Heidi Postupack, Executive Director

Heidi Postupack joined Second Growth as Executive Director in July 2016 after spending 10 years as Director of Development at West Central Behavioral Health. She has over 25 years experience in fund development, marketing, business development and operations in both corporate and non-profit settings. Heidi is a graduate of Norwich University, the New England School of Banking at Williams College, and graduated in 2017 from Leadership Upper Valley. Heidi and her husband Jeff live in Hanover, NH where they raised two children and have been involved in a number of school, church, and community activities. Heidi is a member of the Hanover Improvement Society and she currently serves on the board of the Hanover Rotary Club where she chairs the Philanthropy Committee and Scholarship Committee. She also serves on the Boards of Integrare and ASAP Vermont. Past volunteer activities include chairing the Hanover Finance Committee, and serving on the boards of The Coop Food Store and Parish Players. You can reach Heidi at heidi.postupack@secondgrowth.org
