One athlete told me that what she really likes about C4C is that it is an opportunity to gather with other kids who share her values….to her, sportsmanship is important, community is important, becoming a better person is important, and there are not a lot of groups out there in which learning and talking about those ideals are a key part of the group’s core beliefs. She added ‘Besides, it is a lot of fun!’
