The Hartford Police Department would like to inform Upper Valley citizens regarding several recent heroin overdoses. Two of these overdoses resulted in tragic deaths. At this time it is unknown if the heroin being used by local addicts is tainted or mixed with an unknown substance. We are diligently investigating these reports and are attempting to identify if this area is receiving laced heroin as was recently reported by the city of Rutland.
Please help in stopping the flow of this drug within our community.
We will accept all tips and help in this matter.
